Details of Crimson Perfume Urn -
Still life paintings have always been a subject I enjoy to engross in. Bottles and the collection of them have always been dear to me. Aknowledging the beauty in an everyday item and allowing them to be a part of your decor helps me feel nurtured. The palette of blues signifies some of the coloured bottles I have and even though the crimson perfume urn is not prominent in the painting, when titling this peice it became the focus and star of the bottles sitting on a shelf.
